Hey, wow, people actually still read this topic after 2 years. Here's what I have to say. For YEARS the church has been proven wrong and wrong again. Centuries ago, the church said the Earth was the center of the universe. A little longer after that, the church said the Earth was flat... wrong again. Notice I am saying "church" and not God. God is not who is at fault here, it is us people whom corrupt his word and misconstrue the whole concept of religion. We spontaniously make up little morals to follow that really make no sense, namely, the Catholic church, in which I was once a part of. God wouldn't have given us this universe if he didn't want us to explore it, so for certain people of religion to say, "I don't think it is 'God's will' to know some things, I immediately think that they are stupid people whom see their Lord as most of us would see a Nazi. "God's will" isn't always what we think it is. Tis not the duty of a preist, pastor, bishop, or pope to interpret what "God's will" really is. We know from the writings in the bible what God's will is, but when it goes beyond that, I simply don't believe it.
